IronUp is a combination formula of iron plus supporting micronutrients, designed to maintain iron levels in the body and blood health. It features Ferrochel, a patented form of iron chelate.

Each soft capsule contains

Iron (as Iron (II) glycinate): 24mg
from Ferrous bisglycinate chelate 20% (Ferrochel*): 120mg
Folic acid (vitamin B9): 400 micrograms
Folinic acid (as Calcium folinate): 100 micrograms
Ascorbic acid (vitamin C): 50mg
Thiamine nitrate (vitamin B1): 5mg
Riboflavine (vitamin B2): 5mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride: 6.08mg
equiv. Pyridoxine (vitamin B6): 5mg
Cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) 10 micrograms

Free from added egg, dairy, fish products, crustacean products, peanut, gluten and artificial flavourings

Directions for Use
- 1 capsule daily, with or after a meal
- Or as directed by a healthcare professional

- Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester
