Each film coated tablet contains

Iron (as Iron (II) glycinate): 24mg
from Ferrous bisglycinate chelate 20% (Ferrochel*): 120mg
Folic acid (vitamin B9): 400 micrograms
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C): 100mg
Calcium folinate: 127 micrograms
equiv. Folinic acid: 100 micrograms

Directions for Use
Adults only: 1 tablet daily, with or after a meal

Product Warnings
