Ticket Cancellation, Refund, and Returns Policy

Refunds and returns are covered under the policy of the Event Organiser, and do not limit your rights under Australian consumer law:

• All transactions are final. Refunds are only permitted under special circumstances, except as required by law
• Any refunds will be subject to a 20% ticket handling and processing fee.
• No refunds will be available within 72 hours of the course date.
• In the case of an event cancellation or postponement, an alternative date option will be offered to the ticket holder. If the alternative date does not suit, refund requests must be applied for in writing within 14 days of the cancellation or postponement notification.
  
  

 Visitors 16 and under do not require a ticket to enter the baby expo. 

Yes, please!  To participate in the Baby Expo competitions, each attendee needs to be registered individually with their own name.  This ensures everyone has a fair chance to win.

Planning your travel? Melbourne Baby Expo is located at the Royal Exhibition Building, Carlton. It is very easily accessible by public transport or car. Get directions via Google Map here.

Parking

The car park for the Royal Exhibition Building is located under Melbourne Museum and is open 5:30am to midnight daily. Enter via Rathdowne Street or Nicholson Street. Please note: Payment is card only.

By Public Transport

• Tram route 86 or tram route 96 to Stop 11 Melbourne Museum, corner of Nicholson and Gertrude Streets (Some tips to stay safe while on board or around trams)
• Free City Circle Tram to Victoria Parade
• City loop train to Parliament Station
• Bus routes 250, 251 and 402 to Rathdowne Street
• Making a trip to the city? Take a V/Line train

By Bicycle

Local bicycle facilities include bike lanes on Rathdowne St and Canning St. There is also a shared pedestrian/bike path on Nicholson St. Bicycle racks on the Plaza provide ample bike parking just outside the front door.
